Physical Facilities | Cyber Zone

A Cyber zone or Cybercafé is a facility or convenience for providing Internet access and other computer-related services to its community. The Green University Library has established a Cyber Zone on its premises to provide internet access and subscribed and free e-resources. Additionally, the Library will provide scanning and printing services and other computer-related services based on the demands of its community.

How to use the Cyber Zone?
  • Students will get services “First come first serve” basis.
  • They have to submit bags, files, and other valuables at the baggage counter before entering the Cyber zone.
  • Foods and drinks are prohibited inside the Cyber zone except water.
  • Students have to register first to avail of services.
  • Every student will get PC access for one hour.
  • Users may use computers more subject to the availability of PCs and prior permission.
  • Students are not allowed to install any software or change the configuration, seating arrangement, or any setup of the room.
  • Playing games, watching movies, and recreational activities which do not contribute to academic requirements are prohibited inside the CyberZone
  • Any illegal activity (from p2p download to surfing questionable sites) will be associated with the users’ account and subject to disciplinary action complying with University policy.
